Writing should be submitted according to the following restrictions

Actual contains actual issues, reliable, and current or trending among the people. Avoid the topic is outdated or less public attention or public. 3. Direct Languages Indonesian language is good and right (according EYD) and easy to understand, clear and not confuse the readers 4. Innovative produce new findings or other information or innovations for the public who read it. 5. Original Manuscripts submitted must be original and have never been published or are being submitted to the journal or other media. This is to avoid duplication or plagiarism or plagiarist.
B. Technical Guidelines for Writing
Manuscript should be written in Indonesia and be submitted online via journal website. Online Submission will be charged at no Cost
Manuscript should not exceed 25 pages including embedded figures and tables, without any appendix, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) or Open Office (.odt) format. It should be prepared in A4 paper and 2 cm for top, bottom, and outside margins.
Title, Abstract, and Keywords :
Title, Abstract and Keywords must be written in bilingual
Title should be less than 15 words, title case, centered, bold, font type Times New Roman (TNR), font size 16, and single spaced.
Abstracts consists of no more than 200 words, 11 TNR, 1-spaced, contains the essence of the article and includes a brief background, objectives, methods and results or findings of the study. Abstract is written in one paragraph.
Keywords are written in Indonesia and English three to five words/phrases, separated with coma and consist of important words/phrases from the article.
Author's name, affiliation, affiliation address and email. State clearly and include country's name on your affiliation address.

Manuscript Body
The main text of the writing should be in two columns with 1 cm colom spacing, justified, 11 TNR, first line indent 5 mm, and single spaced.
Consists of: Introduction, Method, Result and Discussion, and Conclusion; followed by Acknowledgment and Reference
Introduction State adequate background, issues and objectives, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. Explain how you addressed the problem and clearly state the aims of your study
Method. used method is the scientific in the form of study of literature, observation, surveys, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, system testing or simulation and other techniques commonly used in the world of research. It is also recommended to describe analysis techniques used briefly and clearly, so that the reader can easily understand.
Result and Discussion. Results should be clear, concise and not in the form of raw data. Discussion should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature. JPPI will do the final formatting of your paper.
Conclusion. Conclusion should lead the reader to important matter of the paper. Authors are allowed to include suggestion or recommendation in this section. Write conclusion, suggestion and/or recommendation in narrative form (avoid of using bulleting and numbering)
Acknowledgments. It is highly recommended to acknowledge a person and/or organizations helping author(s) in many ways. Sponsor and financial support acknowledgments should be included in this section. Should you have lots of parties to be acknowledged, state your acknowledgments only in one paragraph. Avoid of using bulleting and numbering in this section
Bibliography (examples could be seen below)
Bibliography must be written in APA-Style format and it is highly recommended to use a reference manager application such as Mendeley,Zotero, EndNote, etc. Further explanation about the APA-Style can be seen here
The number of references are not less than 10 with at least 8 primary references. Primary references are include journal, thesis, disertation and all kinds of research reports. All refferences must come from source published in last 7 years.
When references are obtained from the internet, it is not allowed to cite from wikipedia, personal blog, or non scientific website. the website must be reliable.
Bibliography must be sorted by author name in ascending order
Authors are not allowed to include a reference in the form of footnotes or endnotes.
Heading should be made in four levels. Level five cannot be accepted.
Heading 1: title case, small caps, left aligned, bold, 13 TNR, single spaced, Roman numbered followed by dot
Heading 2: title case, left aligned, bold, 11 TNR, single spaced, Capital numbered followed by dot
Heading 3: title case, left aligned, italic, 11 TNR, single spaced, numbered by number followed by closed bracket
Heading 4 is not recommended, however, it could still be accepted with the format of: sentence case, left indent 5 mm, hanging indent 5 mm, italic, 11 TNR, single spaced, numbered by small cap followed by closed bracket
Heading 5 cannot be accepted in the manuscript
Figure and table should be in black and white, and if it is made in color, it should be readable when it is later printed in black and white. Figure and table should be clearly readable and in a proportional measure to the overall page. Caption should be numbered, in 9 TNR and single spaced. For layouting purpose, please provide the respective captioned figure/table in with extension .tif/.jpg/.jpeg within a particular folder apart from the manuscript.

Personal Servers. Authors and/or their employers shall have the right to post the accepted version of articles pre-print version of the article, or revised personal version of the final text of the article (to reflect changes made in the peer review and editing process) on their own personal servers or the servers of their institutions or employers without permission from MCIT/Kemenkominfo, provided that the posted version includes a prominently displayed MCIT/Kemenkominfo copyright notice and, when published, a full citation to the original publication, including a link to the article abstract in the journal homepage. Authors shall not post the final, published versions of their papers;
Classroom or Internal Training Use. Upon submission of an article to JPPI , an author is required to transfer copyright in the article to MCIT/Kemenkominfo, and the author must update any previously posted version of the article with a prominently displayed MCIT/Kemenkominfo copyright notice. 4. Articles in Press (AiP) service
MCIT/Kemenkominfo may choose to publish an abstract or portions of the paper before we publish it in the journal. Please contact our Production department immediately if you do not want us to make any such prior publication for any reason, including disclosure of a patentable invention.
5. Author/Employer Rights
If you are employed and prepared the article on a subject within the scope of your employment, the copyright in the article belongs to your employer as a work-for-hire. In that case, MCIT/Kemenkominfo assumes that when you sign this Form, you are authorized to do so by your employer and that your employer has consented to the transfer of copyright, to the representation and warranty of publication rights, and to all other terms and conditions of this Form. If such authorization and consent has not been given to you, an authorized representative of your employer should sign this Form as the Author.
6. MCIT/Kemenkominfo Copyright Ownership
It is the formal policy of MCIT/Kemenkominfo to own the copyrights to all copyrightable material in its technical publications and to the individual contributions contained therein, in order to protect the interests of the MCIT/Kemenkominfo, its authors and their employers, and, at the same time, to facilitate the appropriate re-use of this material by others. MCIT/Kemenkominfo distributes its technical publications throughout the world and does so by various means such as hard copy, microfiche, microfilm, and electronic media. Every accepted manuscript should be accompanied by "Copyright Transfer Agreement" prior to the article publication.
