Analisis Saintometrika Bidang Telekomunikasi di Indonesia

Abstract
Sektor Telekomunikasi dan Komunikasi merupakan sektor yang memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam perkembangannya, Indonesia diharapkan bukan hanya menjadi pasar pagi sektor tersebut, akan tetapi bisa menjadi pemain utama dalam industri Telekomunikasi dan Komunikasi di Indonesia. Untuk mendukung gagasan tersebut diperlukan dukungan kemampuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang tersebut. Artikel ini menjelaskan deskripsi kapabilitas riset bidang telekomunikasi dan komunikasi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data publikasi dari scopus.com. Selain itu artikel ini juga mencoba melihat peta kolaborasi riset bidang telekomunikasi dan komunikasi pada level institusi di Indonesia. Harapannya artikel ini bisa memberikan gambaran umum terhadap kapabilitas riset di Indonesia dan bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam kebijakan sektor tersebut di Indonesia.
